Very spacious and safe place to take the children for a few hours. Only downside would bethe cleanliness of the public toilets. Otherwise there is lots on offer for something that is free. Loads of space to place ball games, paths on which ride bikes /scooters, a park with play equipment as well as a sand pit area and exercise equipment.

It can be a peaceful walk or a good place to take your kid too as there is a choice of a usual park or at the bottom end there are sand pits and other play equipment (also gym stuff). I wish people would pick up there dog poo though as there seems to be others out there that won't if it's on the others lawns out of sight.

A really well kept park. Nice clean play area and sand pit for children. Gardens are lovely. Lots going on tennis and bowling and gym. It's also dog friendly with bowls of water and sometimes doggy treats on hand. There is a bandstand and look forward to concerts there when things are back to normal 're covid restrictions. 😀
