I want to know why you blatantly lie to customers,you tell people you have items on the phone then can't even be bothered looking for the item when we call after driving four miles. You always try sell the most expensive items instead of offering alternatives. I'm taking this further and making an official complaint if that doesn't work next stop local newspaper . I will never shop at your shops again you only care about profit.

Very clean and tidy, over the counter medicines are clearly labelled and properly displayed.

complacent lot, trying to wriggle out by passing the buck to others in the pharmacy. They do not understand the importance of delivering medicine on time so that the continuity of taking medicine by the patient is maintained.

Soooooo unprofessional for a pharmacy! Firstly asking what is on my prescription....then another worker comes to the till in front of other customers and advises what she has and what she doesn't have on my prescription!!! So four other customers heard exactly what medication I could take home today! No impressed at all shocking!!!!

Kind and helpful staff, never kept waiting long unless there's a queue. Late opening and weekend hours is very convenient especially when you have a busy work schedule!

A BIG thank you to all the staff of the Withington Road branch of Everest Pharmacy. The efficient distribution of COVID-19 vaccines and boosters, has made me feel that bit better during these uncertain times. During my most recent visit, Ahmed went went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable, even though he had been the one standing in the cold all day (cheers for the that mate, much appreciated!).

Everest pharmacy located on Withington Road is quite good facility but the only problem is whenever you visit here, you got to wait five to ten minutes to be served which is the only negative point. They have quite good number of welcoming staff but they too struggle with the lack of visitors waiting area. They have on street parking nearby and anybody visiting them can park outside on free parking. They have good range of products too but waiting time sometime is more than normal which is the only one point to mention here. The location also is great and is right in the heart of community and can be reached from any point of the vicinity easily. There are other shops are around too like food establishments and convenience stores are also nearby, great location 👍

Had my first vaccine there. Clean spot and fast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you, Ahmad. Parking is available on the street nearby.
