After an emergency, I needed a pharmacy quickly and late in the evening. After checking Google I was directed to this pharmacy. It turns out that this pharmacy doesn't have any form of late or emergency hours for dispensing drugs. I wasted precious time travelling to it for no reason. This shop needs to change its details, so no one else is mislead.

Real shame as historically this chemist was good and reliable. Look at the old reviews and compare to the new reviews which are all 1 star. Never enough staff to deal with customers. Waited 20 minutes twice only to be told they didn’t have the medication I needed. Tried calling to follow up and they aren’t picking up the phone. People rely on medication. This is people’s well-being that is being sacrificed here. I won’t be using this chemist again.

I ordered a repeat prescription for my daughter who suffers from severe eczema on the 5th March Friday because she is running low. I know it takes 3 days for the repeats to come in. I had not been able to get to the chemist this week due to work. I called them today 13th March to find out if the prescriptions were ready. They said they had no prescriptions ordered for my daughter. I told them I called on Friday 5th March and the I spoke to a lady for 10 minutes ensuring the prescriptions I'm ordering are correct. I told them I have a call log showing I called the chemist on the 5th March. She suggested I call 111 and request emergency prescription to be sent to them so in that way they can give the required items. I called 111 and they sent that emergency prescription to this chemist. I called them back to say they have sent this now and if I can get the required items. They said they had system issues and cannot process this. They did not give an apology and nor showed any empathy as my daughter was crying the background because she was very itchy. She offered to give alternative available chemist but it was no use because now I have to call 111 again and have it sent to another chemist who will do this for me. I have ordered a repeat prescription again so it'll be interesting to see how they handle this one. I wanted to make a complaint but there's no better platform to share my experiences than on here. The chemist has definitely changed under new ownership and staff and it's not as good as before. I will be probably switching sometime soon.
