Medichem Pharmacy Ltd manchester

I have very bad experience with this pharmacy. Pharmacists don’t have experience to use the system properly. I have been several time to Order my repeat presentation. Due they less knowledge I have got my medicine on time . I had very bad experience several time . I don’t recommend this place to buy or get service.

Friendly staff and very quick to give you the prescription. I think they offer free delivery so might use that next time !

Rude rude staff. Was on the phone with a staff member and they were rude when I asked for my girlfriend's emergency medication. He started getting very argumentative as if I was offending him by asking if they could provide my epileptic girlfriend her medication so that she wouldn't end up in hospital. She ended up in hospital despite constantly calling 111 who said medichem could help. Absolutely disgraceful. Wouldn't recommend.

I honestly wouldn’t give them a star, They’re extremely rude got rejected from EMERGENCY medication advised to go there from the 111 services! Also landed in hospital thanks a lot. You should be ashamed.

The people in here and nice and polite always help, people don't seem to like it as its a small chemist as they say but tbh it's one of the best ones I've been to I've never had a issue with them
