waiting for prescription even worse than a visit to the dentist: the staff is rude, especially the lady with the curly hair behind the counter, one is told it takes 10 mins for prescription to be dealt with when it takes 30 mins, thank god there are other pharmacies around, so won't have to go there again!

I've been left without essential medication and I have no idea what to do. Echo pharmacy said they sent my prescription here but I wasn't told. Now when I call them they won't answer the phone. I can't get through to the GP either and I haven't got a clue what to do.

Everytime I call in, they said they are busy, call later. I went to the pharmacy and line up for 30 minutes just for booking appointment, they told me to phone tomorrow. Definitely 0 star.

This chemist is so bad. A particular girl in here is so so rude.she is NOT happy in her work and she talks to people terrible, she's been like that for months. People go in there to collect medication because they are not well, we do not need someone talking to us horrible, they chat amongst themselves with respect so why don't they talk to the customers with respect, it's like they are doing us a favour by serving us. They ask if we have phoned in about our prescription,, they NEVER answer the phone...zero stars...
