The Fallowfield office recently returned to sender 6 separately sourced parcels I'd purchased, saying " Address not complete or not found" and all dated 13.12.2021 at 12:45 or 12:46. I have received letters in the new year but not parcels. If Royal Mail are unable function properly they should have their parcel franchise removed!
