AMAZING SCHOOL!! we all get to have our own laptops and get treats every Friday, everyone gets an amazing education from there, and one of the biggest playgrounds I've seen so far compared to other schools, love it!

1/ 5

Daughter goes to school, used to love going in, now her attitude is why should I bother trying, only the naughty kids get treats taken out on bikes and other treats but the ones who are good all the time get nothing. School promises trip to class and then does give it to them. They told they will get treat for having full P.E kits never happened. Head teacher insists on kids wearing correct uniform and tie but never wears a tie himself and sometimes look a mess. Homework given but no evidence of it being marked as no feedback is given wether it is correct or not. As I said before daughter used to look forward to going in and enjoyed going in has not had a day off since she has been there. Now she is disheartened and feels the school doesn't reward hard work or good behaviour and doesn't want to be their. A school job is to encourage every pupil not just a select few. Glad when she leaves and I feel sorry parents now as they have no real choice of schools in Salford now they are so few to pick from thanks to Salford council closing them all.

My son currently attends River View for the Language Resource Unit under a Statement of Education. The school has excellent provision for the pupils that attend the school. It is well structured and the staff are excellent.
