. After been with the company for 10month, you would think getting a reference would be easy right? Well no, it took them almost 6 weeks to give me one with so I went 3 weeks past my start date, which had now caused me to be in a couple of thousands pounds worth of debt! It's cruel and unfair that they would put someone through this, I'm now on medication for high blood pressure and on antidepressants

It is a fantastic nursery who aims to provide the highest possible care for each child who attends . They provide a healthy, stimulating environment. They focus there play around what the children's individual interests are and focus on their needs. The staff are all really helpful, kind and loving people are will take good care for your children and educate them to the best of their ability. I have had a personal insight into the nursery surroundings as I worked here for few years and I would say I was impressed with the hard work and dedication the staff put into the care and learning of the children.

I cannot fault the care given to children at Kiddidays. Whenever I go to pick up my daughter she is beaming and giving staff hugs when she has to leave. The rooms are large and they have lots of toys inside as well as outside, which is wonderful and the kids seem to love it! My daughter is very young yet, so for her expressions speak louder than her words. She is taken good care of by the staff and seems to be kept well entertained. It’s nice how children play together and enjoy at Kiddidays and I look forward to times to come for my daughter.

The way this company and managers treat their staff is just miserable. They expect the staff to do all their records and paperwork out of hours without being paid as is the only way to do it as most of the time they are over ratio because the staff is constantly leaving because of they way they are being treated. The tell you (not ask you) to stay for more hours the same day without any notice without taking into consideration you have a life outside work. They take money of your wages for 5 minutes delay but you can end up finishing 20 minutes later of your shift nearly every day because there is no way to finish the amount of work on time (including cleaning, washing, files, etc) but that time is not being paid. The wages at the end of the month are wrong many times to many staff in different settings of the same company and the environment is just miserable and the staff work very hard without any appreciation. They don't want to spend any money in resources or toys for the children and expect from the staff to use their imagination for everything just for not spend any money.
