Reasonable prices with quick delivery

I bought 2 electric scooters through Amazon from Guaranteed4less AKA Advanced Global Productions for Christmas 2017 and since then one of them has broken 3 times and the other one 4 times, after having to send them back 7 times between them in less than 4 months, of course, I was quite frustrated and demanded that they send a new one or give me back my money to which they refused. I have rejected that unit on the last repair and said just keep the damn thing I don't want to have to deal with another breakdown. They now have the Scooter and have also kept my money. Terrible customer service!

Item didn't show up. They repeatedly told me to contact royal mail. I did all the running around to chase up my package. Ended up with no item or refund! Do not buy from this company

Purchased 2 spray mops. On a wowcher deal. 1st one broke within 14 days. I told the company, as well as wowcher, straight away . The company replaced it (after some too-ings and fro-Ings I might add, that involved them saying at one point that they had no correspondence from me ). Anyway I persisted and they did replace. I had the replacement less than 4 weeks and it broke. Also the second mop, I originally purchased, was also looking like it was breaking. I told the company. Not only were they really difficult to deal with/bordering on rude, they refuse to deal with this matter, saying I’ve had the item over 30 days!!!. I do not think it’s unreasonable, when you purchase 2 mops, to expect more than a total of 6 weeks use out of them. Items not fit for purpose. Would not recommend dealing with this company.

Awful company. I ordered 2 giant pringles tubes on a Wowcher 'deal' as stocking fillers and they arrived rattling with broken crisps. I sent photos of the outer boxes but the completely inadequate plastic stretch packaging they arrived in had to be torn. How they can send these out and expect them to arrive intact is beyond me. I'm now expected to pay for packaging myself to return this pile of rubbish, even though when I contacted them I explained that I was self isolating! Zero stars from me

It seems when looking at their terms and conditions that they will continue to send this item until the amount of money paid covers the shipping fees! The company is a scam. I wish I had read and paid attention to the other 'negaitve' comments. I purchased a 'super brite' twin tub washing item (it seems that AGP and superbrite are under same umberella) it broke within weeks and the lady I contacted was lovely, organised a return and I was under the notion I would gain a refund. Instead, without any notification a 'replacement' was sent. I duely contacted the same lady who agreed to have the item returned as I had made an earlier request for a refund. I had also made other purchase to be able to do my laundry. Today, the 21/09/2020 the returned item was sent to me again, which is now on it's way back to them. I want a refund. I have requested a refund. I am going to contact trading standards. I can not express more deeply to anyone reading this to not have any dealings with them, go to a reputable retailer.

avoid this company and many others they have under different names, cheer nasty Chinese stuff that arrived broke and faulty and they done refund you, they steal your money.
