Had 6/7 sessions with Matt after having back/hamstring problems. Very thorough exploration of issues, vast knowledge of the subject, work done on both areas in the sessions has helped and some stretches and exercises that I have done at home have improved the situation further. Wll definitely go back if anything needs work again.
