Stretford Mall manchester

Good for the locals!! It’s a great place to have close for our elderly people somewhere to do their shopping and great budget places :) but I would say it’s more suitable for budget shopping and suits anyone who can’t travel far. It does take part in special occasions such as Christmas - has Santa and ice ring which is great but could do with the toilets up grading

A big improvement to what it used to be like. Looks cleaner and brighter. Parking is free for 3hrs. Need to attract more big name stores to attract more customers, or even have "pop up" shops to fill the vacant stores or even have a monthly artisan market. Better signage for upstairs stores may also be beneficial. One store I won't be visiting again is the 1/2 price Outlet store. They mislead customers on sizes of clothes and say there's a 14 day refund policy. I returned items of clothing because the sizing on the product was incorrect. They wouldn't refund or exchange these items. Also, they only accept cash. Get with the times. Majority of people now use plastic to pay for goods. Makes me wonder why it's cash only.

Stretford Mall is clean,light and large. It needs a little push to get the place busy,but every effort seems to be being made. I don't really like shopping that much... but this place is somewhere I quite enjoy visiting.

Very run and down, lots of empty shops. Needs new life injecting into it and investment. Location is good as is the cheap parking structure. But at the moment looks like the set of a zombie film unfortunately.

Having moved from rural Wales we love having a mall on our doorstep. The mall is perfect for running errands and grabbing a coffee at the weekend

Stretford Mall has changed massively over the years. It appears it's coming back up lately. Something I'm sure will be appreciated. Still all the shop's to do a well needed food shop also the odd clothing n Trainer shoe places to browse until you decide. Looking forward to my next Visit under the Xmas decorations..👌💯🎄🎋🎀

I think it's always friendly. They have done it up really nice. It's just a shame it's not got the foot fall because it's competition is The Trafford Centre

It's an ok place. Nothing posh but really handy if you're on a budget. Cheap food places and cheap clothes. Post office etc you can get whatever you need really

It’s lost a few of its shops. I like the multistory carpark. You pay at the machine near the elivator when your leaving. Lot better than having to find small change.
