I rarely write reviews but felt I must say "thank you" to Lexy. I had a consulation with Lexy as I wanted to have a restyle and go quite short and have a different colour, but I wanted a no maintenance, soft, textured, feminine look. Lexy listened and offered suggestions and I booked her for a week later. Lexy remembered the consultaion and could tell I was nervous, but reassued me the style would suit me. I am absolutely delighted with the cut and the colour. She kept some of my existing hair colour for highlights and it looks brilliant. Many of my friends have commented that the style suits me and what a good cut and colour it is. I would highly recommend Lexy.

I recently visited the salon for the first time. I loved my hair cut and the stylist was really nice. My second visit was a bit different, the colourist was really rushed and had another client at the same time. This meant she forgot what I asked for and she slapped the colour on so quick it went all over my head, neck and on my brand new top which is now ruined. I didn’t want to make an official complaint but I’m sure that when they read this they’ll know who I am and learn something about time management. I’m absolutely gutted I had been growing a lovely grey section of hair for 12 month and now it’s been covered up in a second just because she was in a rush!

Great service today! They fit me in at short notice and have done a fab job on my hair.

Although my hair experiences have been a little mixed here, I have always enjoyed my spa treatments, especially the three treatment deal which feels good value for money and keeps me coming back whenever I visit. I love the Aveda products, I just wish the salon was part of the Pure Privilege membership so I can gather points on my product purchases.
