Excellent for kids wear at great prices. Good quality products & collection for men & women

My youngest daughter absolutely loves this place, loads of cute clothes for her to pick from. My oldest on the other hand can't find anything that she likes in the teen range. Prices do vary, some really cheap nice looking products others are quite expensive. They don't sell xxl in the menswear department and all the jeans seem to be slim or skinny fit so my partner doesn't even bother looking. The ladies department is OK, but always seems to be a long queue at the tills. Friendly staff, prefer this store (outside) to the one inside the arndale. They also have a clothes recycling bin in store.

Very disappointed and appalled by the attitude of H&M staff! Was served by a male with piercings, who was very friendly whilst serving english customers, made it very obvious that he wasn’t happy serving me which did not make me feel at ease at all!! Made me feel like I wasn’t welcome in the store because of my appearance or colour of my skin. Wasn’t paying attention to what he was doing, tried to charge me full price for a discounted item, when i pointed it out without apologising for his mistake he scanned the items again. I won’t be going back there and I will be telling y friends and family about my experience as it seemed like he was discriminating against my religion/background.

High quality stuff. Staff are helpful, clothing is nice and there's a changing room.

It was nice and cozy although I couldn't use my phone's network, but there's free WiFi. Also the fitting room is spacious. (It's a two person fitting room).

Great selection of clothes/sizes etc. Tidy store, friendly staff on tills. Only downfall was que.

I went in store today to buy a top with my 25% discount that was on my phone . I was struggling to download the app but the lovely assistant helped me . Her name was Nicisha . What a credit to the store . Thank you x
