Great experience with the bike staff at Halfords. There was a problem with the Klarna system but both Dan A and Daniel worked really hard to try and sort the issue and offer solutions so that I could pick up my bike on time. Really nice guys.

Best place to get genuine motor parts. Cycles and accessories.

In a queue more then 20 mins in cycle section it’s a long queue and only they have one counter - it takes 15mins minimum on one customer- I am in bit hurry and there is no one else for information- pLz active more counter

went to the forte in manchester after phoning two days previous to ask if i came down would somone be able to assist in me buying a sat nav was told YES someone would be avaiable and the would fit it n set it up for me went to store 10 am on the day i said .got there exsplained to the lady on the till why i was there she told me someone would be with me shortly as the salesman was just finishing a fitting i waited around for 20 minutes eventually a guy came over and i asked if he would show me some sat navs the one i decided on he said it was a new model and he knew NOTHING about it he went away to see if it was in stock brought it down handed it yo me told me to go to till n pay then walked away to serve other customers he was the only guyin shop customers were jst wandering about looking for help off anybody i spent £300 no offer to fit my sat nav or show me how it works. the manager of the store needs to get off his backside n manage the store i will not recomend this store to anybody apart from shoplifters they would have a ball

one of my rear lights was not working, [white polo] went there Saturday morning! very polite, somebody checked and fixed it asap, overall took no longer than 10 minuets, all very professional and great customer service from the cashier girl and the employee who helped me, can't recommend this place enough, thanks!

My experience at the store was great. It was a short but memorable one. Great and friendly customer service, swift response and time management. The staffs are happy to answer with your questions and further assist with whatever you need. I'd love to go back there

Dave and all the team at Manchester Fort are legends. Top service and great lads. Always very helpful and accommodating when I go into store. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Oh…… and one last thing, if they offer Cycle Care don’t be foolish, take it! It’s a life and money saver

Went to Halfords Cheetham Hill at 8am to get 3 car seats for a young family who had their car stolen along with the seats. Staff were brilliant and gave us 20% off! The family are beyond grateful *****

First bike I bought, before a year passes, I come back for its service, but they refuse cause apparently I didn’t come there frequently enough to have it checked more often they were demanding more money again, so I get refund of the service plan, with a bike in a half repair situation returned to me After a few years, government issues us voucher to have our old bikes repaired, for that exact purpose, for up to 50 pounds value. I bring it to them, and guess what they take it and agree to sort it, just for them to call me several hours later and go back on their word, because they found a problem they didn’t spot at the beginning, which meant I had to pretty much pay 50 pound extra even So I also bring this problem to their customer service, all I got at the end was my voucher was released to be used again, which I never did cause I did not have time and we are in a pandemic So on both occasions, my time was wasted , as well as money I spent with rented cars to take the bike their for repair
