Decathlon Telford has a brilliant and quality selection of sports and camping gear in store! I go for my Camping bits and pieces and for Paddleboarding accessories too. I recently popped in to ask for some advice as i had a slight problem with my electric pump. Aaron was very helpful, friendly and was able to solve my problem and give me some advice! Thank you so much!

Customer service is second to none. A big thank you to Darcie who spent Sunday afternoon, ringing round different stores so we would have sleeping bags in time for our upcoming, family camping trip. Decathlon has an excellent range of sports gear and really excells in producing high quality gear at a reasonable price.

I love Decathlon and this store. I have bought quite a few things from foot wear to coats and bits in between. The quality of their products is very good indeed and reasonably priced. They always have what I want/need in store. The staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they are selling. Its my go to place now for my outdoor activity needs.

I've previously had good service and customer care from my visits in the UK and abroad. Unfortunately I'm guessing due to the pandemic and staycation, stock levels are low and items are unavailable. I tried to purchase online and also not available. Prior to travelling check stock levels or order online. On a positive the products are generally good quality and fit for purpose.

I bought a bike this morning from the Telford Decathlon. Elliot explained the features of the bike I enquired about and was knowledgeable about the range I was looking at. We chose the bike in stock and Elliot fitted the mudguards I selected. An excellent service from beginning to end. Thank you Elliot and thank you Decathlon Telford.
