Manager - Staff different sales Strategys I liked an item on show . Asked to buy it . - Refused by Manager can't Purchase the item . Got in contact with Aldo HQ .. Aldo HQ informed me to go back to store to buy it . As Manager Can't refuse Purchases .. but Manager still Refused to sell items . Unbelievable!? So Aldo Store .. selling items on display can't be bought . Was expecting a phone call from the Store Manager to inform me about coming back into the store to buy the item . Didn't get a phone call or Contact . later visit store .. item Removed from display . I guess sales can be up but only if the store manager allows it . For some reason this must be the only store where you have to ask for Permission to buy an item rather than the staff helping you to Purchase the item with minimum fuss .

Unapproachable managers and assistants. Same bad service any time you go. There was a young girl there this week. The shop was empty yet she was only wanting to serve the one white man there. The Europeans that work there need to understand this is the UK , a place of equality not discriminatory attitudes. If you are Asian you are never given assistance. At the end of the day you are working in a shoe shop. In this day and age this attitude is unbelievable.

Was buying 2 pairs of shoes and one had the 50% off but staff refused to sell it at the discounted price even though it was in the sale area clearly marked. Poor attitude from the staff and a very poor ' I couldn't care less ' Impression.

I like Aldo. Always have from when i started using theor products but was disappointed that items ordered since boxing day (december 26th) are yet to fully arrive at their outlet at intu Trafford center..i was told the number of days for shipping and by 2nd January, i will the items.. long story short,i have received only 3 of my 6 items ordered and paid for.. Still a great brand for it's budget and would recommend them however, based on delivery, one should be careful if you want those items on the promised date...
