Last week i call them, and i ask sauna will be open? Lady sed, yes from monday. Great, i booked the place and i bought ticket. On arrival the sauna door open. The man told me the sauna not work , will change, he don't know when reopen. The man terrible, rud, can't help etc. who can refund my ticket??? He don't know. I ask the hotel recepcion, she can't help. Absolutly terribel service!
