Worse customer service ever. I was mislead 3 times. Stuff was really unhelpful. I called and asked about some course was told to come and complete an assessment.I came and was told we are closing at 4pm (on the website it says 8pm). I asked do I need to bring some documents for the course "nah you just need to come and make an assessment. Come tomorrow after 9pm" I came and old lady told me we don't do an assessment try in September. Completely waste of time.

It is a place where people feel humiliated. I don’t understand why they treat people this way. When the reception talk to you, they treat you like you are an ignorant who doesn’t know any thing. I am degree holder, but if I needed a certain course for any reason , I should feel welcomed and respected. Even some of the teachers treat you this way. Sad.

2 times calling them and the reception staff are very unprofessional, do not know any information, keep saying I don’t know with no phone etiquette. Still none the wiser to a course they do there. Couldn’t even forward me to someone who actually knew anything.. Think the reception staff need to go on a course on how to be a receptionist or get staff who know what there doing and information. Appalling service.

Throughout the couple years I have been part of Greenheys Adult Learning Centre, I have gained a lot of confidence and knowledge.The staff there are very helpful and approachable and are always there if you need any help. I would also like to mention my fantastic, amazing tutor (Charlotte), she has always taught me about everything that I need to know about function skills.

Very nice centre to learn English, the staff and teachers are very welcoming and helpful.

Teacher was excellent. I enjoyed very much the course and for this reason my scoring is good. Receptionist though, was always rude and very unhelpful. When you do face to face customer service, staff should be either trained to have adequate manners or select qualified personnel.
