Holiday Inn Cambridge, an IHG Hotel – Cambridge

Nice reception, bar and restaurant area, rooms OK but ready for an upgrade. Food seems to be clean, bath robe provided but so old and in bad condition I wouldn't want to use it to be honest. Good size work area and space to eat in the room if needed. Beds good, pillows all very soft. Nice friendly and helpful staff.

Staff lovely, food ok. Front of house looks stunning unfortunately the rooms leave a lot to be desired. Dirty and dated. No cold water in our room. Had to get jugs of water to take back to our room. Restaurant was cold and uninviting. You had to request your bed be made, bins emptied and towels changed each day otherwise staff never entered your room.

Lovely hotel. Staff are really friendly, room was amazingly clean and very comfy beds. Breakfast is very varied from continental to traditional English breakfast.

I stayed here for a wedding ,its basic but clean I had a good nights sleep. The main public area is modern and appealing it was a shame that I used the toilets and there was still an empty bottle of wine on the side from the wedding . On a down side the staff need to be trained on the Starbucks counter I had 3 substandard expensive drinks from there .One was undrinkable I was told that he had never made it before and the other two were not to Starbucks standard!!Overall nice location ,polite staff good price for what it is .

Recently had our wedding at Holiday Inn Impington. Well where shall I start. Everything was amazing down to the staff, Martin, Mark, Callum and everyone. They were on hand for our every need and made our day very special even down to the Scottish shortbread left in our executive room. Our food was excellent too, lots of our guests commented on our menu. Thank you all so much. We had a fabulous wedding with lots of memories. Mr and Mrs Millar xx
