Therapist (Natasha) was excellent! Welcoming and amazing with the treatments. Had a full body massage and a facial. Felt like a pancake by the end of the massage and nodded off in the facial. Worth every penny. Only downside was the clarins colleagues outside who didn't seem to keep the noise down whilst treatments were happening.

I have to write a review and make some justice to Clarins brand and especially to the Spa....the Clarins treatments are some of the best you can find at the moment on the market, their therapist are highly trained and skilled and their products number one in Europe and Uk...was a misunderstanding with their brochures in which the treatments were stated on the “appointment “ time not on the “hands on” time....so for example if the back massage is 45’ , that is the appointment time, hands on is only 30’...from here the confusion. After they been notified by clients and therapies now the brochures are changes and states the “hands on” time 🙂 hope this clarifies everything and you would give it a go to this excellent brand and their amazing staff ❤️ Ps....their back massage was starting with a lovely exfoliation on the back to get read of the dead cells and after go into the actual massage....😃

Paid for a 45 minute massage, got a back scrub?! finished in 30 minutes and spent the last 15 just sat there on my own. Sadly I paid for a number of massages up front so will have to have a little chat when I book the next one... Update, they have a new lady Charmaine Norman. One of the best massages I have had, so much so I booked for a further 2 which is a far cry from not wanting to go back. I would still question there timing though, 45 minutes seems to be over and done with and out the door in 30!?
