Has all the basics you’ll essentially need with none of the thrills. Ideal if you just want to get in, use a few machines and jump back out again. On the whole it was clean and quiet so if you prefer exercising without queues or many others around it’s probably worth trying. I personally prefer larger gyms but it’s a good option for the casual goer.

Paying £20 a month for the ease of it being a 2 minute walk from where I live. Run down changing areas, okay facilities. They deal with a company called Harlands which once I became in a position to no longer be able to pay for my membership they charged me 2 late payment fees and refused to cancel my contract. Avoid if possible!!

Not a bad gym. Fairly small. Very quite. Great parking. Cheap membership. Staff are friendly and helpful. Decent size badminton courts. Only downsides are, early closing time on a Saturday. No protein shakes or drinks in vending machines. And never seems to be any hand sanitizer in dispensers. Also the shower/changing rooms need improving. They are abit rundown. The gym equipment is basic. No preacher curl bench.
