2/ 5

I asked to view the facilities before I join and the rude and arrogant receptionst treated me like I was an alien or crazy. She is a middle aged brunette who even asked me to take off my shoes before I go to the swimming pool area. Everything was wet but she didn't offer shoe covers and had to seek for them. She is a reason not to join. Swimming pool looked nice but the gym horrible and tiny.
