Alan brings a professionalism to his work rarely seen in a PT these days. He's attentive and makes sure that what you do works for you. He's not judgemental, but does push you to try harder. He's a 'normal' bloke - he's into fitness because he wants to be healthy himself, and he wants to help others be healthy. I enjoy working out with him immensely - however hard he pushes me! I've been working out with Alan for 18m now and have seen real muscle gains and fitness gains. He's also just simply good fun and good to talk to, making the 1:1 sessions even more pleasant. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

I started training with Alan in the summer of 2019. In that time Alan has developed my ability and taken me to a level I never thought I'd get to. He has great training techniques and a skill to get the best out of you without you even realising. He also understands when you're not on your game and can adapt the training to what's best for you in the moment. There's no ego, no guilt trip, no problem. Alan has created a family of like minded people from all walks of life and takes pride in each and every one of them.

Been training with Alan for about 4 months now and my fitness levels and strength have got so much better. He is very informative about diet, and definitely knows his stuff when it comes to fitness. I really enjoy my PT sessions with Alan, he makes it fun but really pushes you to do your best.

I started training with Alan when I joined the gym. I had lost weight but wanted to gain strength and muscle and the weight area seemed very daunting! Alan went through the lifting techniques with me and has helped me to not only feel confident lifting but more importantly lift safely. I highly recommended Alan as a PT. He cares a lot about every client and when you join Griffin.fit you not only gain an amazing PT but also the support of the whole Griffin.fit family through group chats, etc. Through lockdown Alan has kept everyone motivated, adapting PT sessions through Zoom and providing 3 free Zoom workout sessions a week which are open to anyone.

If you want humour, wit and good knowledge, then Alan’s your man! I’ve only been training with Alan for a few months now and already learnt so much from machines and home workouts, to posture and food! I highly recommend if you are looking into getting a personal trainer!!
