Terrible customer service. We were given incorrect information and in focus radiology were not interested in rectifying their mistake or apologising. My wife phoned to check if she needed to make an appointment, the receptionist asked questions told her she could just walk in with no appointment but to make sure she fasted for 6 hours beforehand as she was having an ultrasound. We did this and then when we arrived were then told we would have to come back at the end of the week for an urgent ultrasound. They did not care that we we given wrong information and refused to take responsibility. Appalling way to treat patients. There are much better services around.

I've been using this radiography practice almost since they opened - must be at least 5 years now. This time it's for my elbow. As usual Ian (and all his team) are just wonderful - they all have his positive attitude to all the patients that go in and out. Never have to wait long for an appointment or AT an appointment. They take the time to explain the process so you have confidence in them from the start. Once again, thank you for your kindness and your professional courtesy. PS Love the new premises!
