Terrible customer service. We were given incorrect information and in focus radiology were not interested in rectifying their mistake or apologising. My wife phoned to check if she needed to make an appointment, the receptionist asked questions told her she could just walk in with no appointment but to make sure she fasted for 6 hours beforehand as she was having an ultrasound. We did this and then when we arrived were then told we would have to come back at the end of the week for an urgent ultrasound. They did not care that we we given wrong information and refused to take responsibility. Appalling way to treat patients. There are much better services around.
