I have had at least five float sessions here and gifted a float to at least five close friends. I think you can safely say this is a strong recommendation. Such a pleasant, friendly and most importantly relaxing place to come an unwind. Thank you very much! I know I'll be back for more !

I bought my fiancee a voucher for Christmas for a float and an infa-red sauna. We arrived early Saturday morning and met Hannah who is lovely. We started with the sauna for half an hour to prepare our muscles for the float. We then were taken to our pods. We floated for an hour listening to relaxing calm sounds as the pod's mood lighting changed colours throughout. Came out with super soft skin and feeling wonderful. Would highly recommend.

Can't really praise this highly enough. I've been suffering from really poor circulation and pain in my hands and feet and the Infrared Sauna has helped me massively, just a single session and the improvement is huge. Both Sharron and I have been particularly stressed of late and the Floatation Tank was an amazing experience, I felt weightless, was floating through the clouds seeing the see below me, also at a different time I felt I was tumbling forward. We were lucky enough to be able to spend some time with Hannah at the end of our sessions. She's an incredible human being and a really beautiful soul. She's immensely knowledgable about numerous things that I've been reading about lately, Stress Management, Grounding, Nutrition to name just a few. Amazing experience thank you so much Hannah x

Excellent experience all around. The facilities are clean and beautifully appointed. I felt incredibly welcomed and comfortable in the space, and Hannah made sure to show me how everything worked and set me up for my first float experience. I love that you have your own private space and can customize the experience with music, lights, open or closed lid, etc. The float experience was wonderful. It’s perfectly warm and soothing for body and mind. My arthritic joints never felt so good! And I slept amazingly well that night. If you’re curious about floatation I highly recommend this place! I went home and booked my next session immediately. This will be a regular part of my self care routine now. Love it!!
