Best neck and shoulder massage ever. It was surprising and stimulated the different senses. My 30 minutes seemed to be much longer because I could relax deeply. Highly recommended. The pedicure was very nice as well.

My partner brought me a voucher for my birthday, I received a 60 minute facial & a 30 minute massage. It was by far the best I’ve ever received! I would recommend 100% recommend this spa if you’re wanting to unwind & relax!

4/ 5

I had a spa day here. The facilities were modern, clean and tidy. The pool was 32 degrees and there were 4 loungers by the pool. The jacuzzi was a good size with both seated and reclining areas. There was a nice steam room and sauna too. Favilities are accessible with hoists, etc available. The place was relatively quiet. Complimentary still/sparkling water, fruit juice, tea and coffee is provided. There were a few samples (soap, a room mister and massage oil) and two chocolates provided with the robe, towels and slippers. There is also a gym available. Those on a spa day have access to a relaxation room. I had the 'work it out massage' and the 'my kinda facial' with Rosie who was great. After the treatments I was given a smoothie and sorbet and provided with information about products I might find helpful. Lunch was provided in the cafe. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the limited selection of starter (soup) or dessert (piece of cake or tart) for lunch and any drinks were extra (except water). All staff were friendly and helpful.

Have just been refused a spa day for my mum, sister and I as a birthday treat as I am under 30! Feel very disappointed to let my family down as they were looking forward to visiting. Warning if you are thinking of booking, you are not welcome if your under 30 years old.
