Small but well equipped gym, tucked away off the beaten Soho path. Staff always friendly with banter, help, guidance. Fellow members are nice, no attitude. Good mixture of all types of people. Beginners totally welcomed and allowed to feel comfortable. Love being a member and going every day.

This is definitely the best gym in central London! The team is so professional; Vicky, Pat, Jamie and Michaela at reception are absolute amazing very friendly and always ready to help, they make a huge difference! I look forward to going to the gym every day now and by the way the spinning classes here are just the best !!!!! Highly recommended!!
