Recent prices have arisen over 40% for seemingly no reason. The in app booking system is incredibly complicated. I’m fairly computer literate and I found it impossible. Tried to call but the number hangs up on you when you press any option on the given list. Staff are nice and the gym is clean and quiet but the online aspect of this business is a fiasco. Every time I need to use the gym I have to go twice, once to book an appointment and again to use the gym.
