Cancelled appointment last minute and didn’t sound a very genuine reason, more like a lie. Called completely unprepared, I was waiting for a quite long time for appointment and if you have to cancel, that’s fine, at least call with alternative date or willing to help to rebook it.

There's so much to do here! The whole atmosphere is so relaxing and everything smells great! There's so many sauna's all at different temperatures so it's easy to find one that's just right for you. The salt room is probably everyone's favorite, it's warm and smells so so good, it's a really good place to take a break from all the hotter rooms. The food we had at lunch was delicious and nothing too heavy which is perfect. The masseuse worked miracles and all the staff were friendly and helpful. A really, really great experience! Loved it! I can't wait to go back. Making every excuse to go back - a lot of birthdays spent here I think!

Lovely relaxing day at this spa. Four different saunas and three Steam rooms, plus a cold dipping pool, a slightly salty warm pool and an outdoor pool with jacuzzi. Also a tepidarium and quiet chill out room. Prices for food and drinks aren't too unreasonable either. Staff were friendly and helpful; we were given a tour around as it was our first time. They were a little difficult getting hold of on the phone though and you are advised to book in advance and can't book by email...
