A gym like no other ! Superb gym in a lovely hotel . Squeaky clean and with lots of machines ,you will never wait to use them. The pool, along with sauna and steam room is a great bonus too. The best bit is the restaurant downstairs where you can grab a bite after a fantastic workout. Day passes for friends can be bought too, which is lovely to treat friends to a nice day out ! Staff are very helpful and polite. Highly recommended 👌

5/ 5

Excellent Gym, I have not been in a gym for about 10 years, but decided to take the plunge, get fit and to lose weight. Booked PT sessions with Alice and she has been just amazing. She has written a great program and when I see her each week she is kind, compassionate but still pushes me to extend myself whilst also understanding I am nervous and lack confidence in my body. I won’t say it’s easy but I have faith that Alice is hopeful. Not only are does Alice give me a good PT session she will answer text or emails, she has helped me set up a swim program and gives me nutritional advice, I now know my calorie deficit, a term I would not have been familiar with before. 5/5 highly recommend.

Equipment is absolutely amazing. Very spacious gym, with lots of facilities available. Did a Les Mills Trip class in their cycle studio which was awesome, massive TV screen and the instructor was super motivational. Stayed for dinner after a gym session and the food was also great.

4/ 5

I recently joined Village Gym Eastleigh. I decided to have a personal trainer to kick start my mission to get fit and sustain my attendance. Alice my PT is professional, kind and motivational. Alice underpins my aim to achieve my fitness goals and keeps me motivated and gives me positive/constructive feedback. The Gym equipment is excellent. The classes are great but my only complaint is that they are difficult to book unless you are nocturnal and are willing to set your alarm at midnight in order to get the classes booked for the week. If this continues I will have to reconsider my membership but really hoping that this is teething problems and that more classes will be added pro rata to the demand. Alice 5 * Village Gym 4*
