I went to see Jo after suffering for nearly a year with a frozen shoulder. Previously I had been to my GP and had a steroid injection, I had physio, acupuncture and seen a chiropractor and nothing had touched it. A friend recommended the Bowens technique and after a Google search Jo's name came up and 5 sessions later with Jo it was absolutely fine with a full range of movement. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jo at SOJO Bodyworks for anyone suffering with any kind of joint or muscle pain. She is totally professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Jo is very professional and caring, I had a painful and unstable knee for many months restricting what I could do. I am pleased to say after Jo's treatment I have been able to become as active as I was, and have little or no pain.
