Arcadia beauty spa – Bournemouth

I booked in for a spa day to treat my mum for her birthday, Michelle was amazing really looked after us all day and was on hand if we needed anything! Our therapist infinity was amazing great pressure on the massage and our facials were brilliant, the outdoor pool and the inside facilities were perfect for us ! We are already looking to book in for next month as we enjoyed it so much! Can't thank them both enough for making our day amazing! ❤

My missus loved her treatments. She had a Fiji facial one day and full body massage the next she came out feeling relaxed and pampered. If we visit Bournemouth again she will no doubt want to go here again!

Lovely staff who couldn't do more to make our spa day relaxing. I had a lovely body polish treatment and the outdoor pool was a lovely sun trap. The lunch was great too. Shame the sauna and jacuzzi were closed due to Covid as that would have made it the perfect relaxation day.

Professional, friendly, warm and welcoming environment. Staff had smiles on their faces and were very polite and helpful. Service was lovely. Would recommend.

Went as part of a package with the Carlton Hotel. Booked a facial which was amazing- the room was really comfortable and relaxing and the staff were friendly and helpful. Due to COVID the indoor pool & facilities had to be booked in a slot which we weren’t told until we got there meaning we didn’t get a slot as we only stayed for a night but outdoor pool was free to use! I can’t remember the name of the lady that did my facial but couldn’t recommend her enough as she was lovely!
