Place is good , but its became more and more pricey. Now they charge you 50% more for less service. A lot of hot rooms still close, if you arrive at yearly morning make sure you have 3 hours in your pocket for waiting until hot rooms start be hot. No more free toothbrushes, shaving blades, every next uniform $1 Never come back again

The female employees were not very inviting and helpful. The amenities what are offered were good. But friendliness is not there. It's better if you go with someone who knows the facility rather than ask the employees for assistance.

It was a nice experience. The male employees were more helpful and informative than the female employees. I don't think want to go back because they made it seem like I was bothering them. The workers at the restaurant were very short and got upset when you are making an order and they have run out of what you want. First time going to a spa. Wow what an experience to remember.
