As a new person to the city I didn’t have many friends and I was looking for somewhere that was going to push me and make me fit rather than just “looking fit” As the traditional gyms weren’t doing it for me anymore. Both Rob and Kirsten (Head Coaches & Owners) are not only highly knowledgeable but both extremely fun and caring. After completing my fundamentals I was introduced to the all the members of my class and made to feel welcome and right at home. The training and coaching quality is by far some of the best if not the best I’ve experienced. No matter what your skill level is they take you through the basics of the movement to ensure your comfortable and confident. The equipment is very new and is continually maintained and serviced through the year. If you’re looking for a place to have fun, get fit and make some new friends (who almost become like a second family) then this is the place for you!

  • In Roman times, Newcastle – then called Pons Aelius – was a fort on Hadrian’s Wall, and during the Saxon period, it was known as Monk Chester on account of its many religious houses. The city owes its present name to William the Conqueror who, like Hadrian before him, recognized its strategic importance.
