Been going to Andy since 2019 and can't recommend him enough. He makes you feel instantly relaxed the minute you walk through the door. Whether you're looking to relax or have sore bits worked on, he's the man for it. Love his new space, you now have the added bonus of hearing all the birds singing outside which adds to the ambience. I always feel amazing after and wouldn't go to anyone else.

I wasn’t 100% sure what to book, or what I needed in way of a massage when I found this company. I booked “ask Andy” and boy was that the right decision. Andy instantly put me at ease, we had a great chat and he really listened to my issues, identified my painful points, and understood what I wanted from the session. This was a game-changer for me, I felt for the first time ever, some tension leave my neck and shoulders (and my neck felt about 5 inches longer.)I slept so well after my massage, and the following day I not only managed to walk 4 miles - which I haven’t been able to do for almost a year - I also had my first headache free day in about 3 years! Can’t recommend Andy enough.

I booked in with Andy to try and fix a shoulder/trap issue I’ve been having for a while. He showed me exactly where my pain could be coming from and why other soreness was linked. The massage itself was 10/10, he clearly knows his stuff and where to work to get the best out of the massage for you. On top of this he also showed me exercises to do to enhance my recovery and mobility. Andy is very calming, professional and friendly. I will be highly recommending to everyone!

I would highly recommend Andy at Aberdeen Massage Therapies. I approached Andy with a shoulder injury and Andy was very experienced and skilled in the job that he does. He has great technology to show you right into the root of what the problem might be. As Andy has made me feel so relaxed and at ease i now go to him on a regular basis. Not just for my shoulder injury but as i train 4 times a week the massages have made such a difference to my workouts. I also have a lot of stresses going on in life but Andy helps by trying to keep me relaxed and forget about things for a while. If you want a caring, helpful, knowledgeable sports therapist then Andy is your man.
