Good experience, staff are helpful, if they don't know something they will ask a colleague. Big store, usually has what you need in stock. Easy to get around the store and isles are well signposted. Reasonably priced, can sometimes find better prices elsewhere. Plenty parking space, shame about the time limit but understandable, given the location.

Helpful staff. However, sometimes is difficult to find someone for an advice. I gave you only four stars because there is not a separate queue for click and collect customer. If you want to encourage your customer to click and collect in this pandemic situation, you need to help them to get in with a separate queue.

It's B&Q...kinda hard to get buzzing about buying wood and carpet dividers. Staff are really helpful

Great they're fully open and social distancing-friendly, though they're sold out of latex gloves (e.g. for decorating). Also a shame the safety footwear stops at size 10. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Helpful friendly staff as always though. 👍
