Not tge first time ive been served by him,he needs to learn some customer service skills.not one word uttered,headphones on,smiled at him and he lifted his euebrows like there was something wrong with me,obviously not happy doing what hes doing. Really no need for it. Get someone who can smile and at least say thankyou.

Today on my way home from a weekend away we stopped off to fill up & get a few snacks. I dropped my wallet and only noticed when I got home 40 mile away. I called to see if anyone had found it & they said they had found it. I asked if they could kindly post it to me as it is such a long way & also there was £15 in it which would have paid for postage but it was just a straight NO. Just thought they would be kind enough to a customer to try sorting something out. They did say next time im passing my £15 will be waiting. Ordered all other cards but Covid vacation card was also in there which I would like to have with me at all times.

Called would of used shop etc but no parking signs and £100 fine if I parked so it's a good job it's got a roundabout! Call ONLY if your desperate. I did call for fuel months ago and found staff poor to deal with.
