The entire experience was first class! I had a sports massage from Graham who was not only very good at the massage, he was also chatty, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing and explained it all to me. I felt totally at ease with him and have booked to go back every month for treatment. I 100% recommend.

Came in last week for a hot bamboo massage and Charlotte was really attentive. she had loads of time for my questions and talked me through everything so I had a understanding. She didn’t rush to get me out the room and shown me lots of exercises to try at home ! A week later and my shoulders already feel a lot looser! Thanks Charlotte :) Chloe

Would definitely recommend! Staff were friendly, professional and really knowledgeable. Facilities are amazing, the massage rooms they have are really good and the prices are very reasonable. I recently bought my wife a massage hamper which included a massage of choice and lots of other pamper gifts which she loved.

I had two treatments there and both were very good, but I have been having trouble contacting them to re-book, rang several times at various times in the week and there was no answer, which is why I am rating 4 rather than 5.
