Joined because it is 24 hours and that is perfect for me. It's cheaper than the other local gyms but has plenty of equipment, is very spacious and the music is always banging. Super easy to access with the face recognition camera so you can come and go as you please. Ideal for shift workers. The lighting needs seeing to outside the entrance. It's hard coming out of the light into the dark because it's difficult to see the curb.

So many benches and squat racks that you'll never be left waiting, lots of free weights and plenty of machines to give you a good workout. Mainly a weight lifters gym but they do have enough cardio equipment if that's your thing as well. All brand new equipment, which is pretty much all hammer strength or Watson. I find hammer strength do something's well and others not so much, would be nice to introduce some Cybex machines, that use cables as they tend to keep the weight more consistent through the lift (like a lot of the machines in OneGym Thornaby) Overall, very good gym, whether you're into weight training, cardio or more circuit training, you shouldn't be left disappointed.
