I have attended the gym at the Rainbow centre for some time. I find the staff extremely helpful and friendly. My personal trainer has been a godsend she has helped me to achieve goals I never thought I could. The equipment is up to date, cleaned and well maintained. I would recommend this gym for everyone. They have programmes for all people. As well as working out they hold classes for yoga aerobics and many others. There is also access to the swimming pool and sauna. The gym caters for all ages and fitness

It’s an alright gym for what you pay a month. However, there is never enough treadmills and theres only one arm bike... which can be a pain when the ‘older’ generation thinks they have the priority to use the machines before me in the gym.
