My partner and I both had a fantastic 1 hour thai massage here yesterday. We both had a firm massage that released a lot of tension. The ladies were able to easily find and work our problem muscle areas. They were friendly, helpful and well worth the money. We have booked in again!

Had a full body massage and it was one of the best I've ever had! Really clean, very professional and very relaxing. The lady who did it was really good and really knew what pressure points to target. Would really recommend.

Had an appointment today at 4:30pm. Came early and was welcomed in. Massage was lovely but was supposed to be a hour and only lasted 45 minutes as the lady started at 4:16pm and finished by 5:02pm. Instead of using massage oils she used Johnson’s baby oil which I felt for the price (£40ph) you should get actual massage oil/ products. When finishing I was told to go back downstairs so I did. I asked to pay by card and was told I couldn’t so I asked for the nearest cash point at this point the lady said I couldn’t leave without leaving my phone (worked in salons for years and I know very well you can not do this, it’s the salons/parlours job to provide a way for customers to pay it’s not the clients job - I also rang prior and nothing was mentioned about cash only payment and I was told that I should of asked; would of thought they would of mentioned this on the phone) I told the lady I’m not prepared to leave my phone or any of my belongings and that she can’t tarnish everyone with the same brush, I explained that she can’t keep me hostage in her shop as at this point she was stood I front of the door not allowing me out with no way to pay her. Eventually she allowed me out and I went to said cash point then returned with the full payment for the hour even though she didn’t even massage me for the full hour. After all of this I just feel a very nice relaxing experience was turned into something very negative quickly. Good massage but I doubt I’ll be returning I’m sad to say. It’s a shame because just before all of that I took a business card and was going to suggest her to a friend but frankly I’ll have to find us somewhere else to go. Hopefully the lady can get a card payment system in place to avoid issues for both herself and clients in the future. I understand it’s annoying to get walk outs but you can’t lock clients in your shop in fear on non payment and if it’s that bad get a card reader and get people to pay a deposit - it’s not the clients job to ask for card or cash etc.
