Fantastic facilities, gym with a running track that's amazing. The pool is 25 meters was quiet with ample lane space. The hydro pool is heaven on earth -brilliant treatment after a work out or general relax for aching joints and muscles, sauna and steam room fab. We had a day pass to sample facilities. Big thanks to Sarah who was a lovely and welcoming host!!!. Alice

Disappointed to say the least, paid £60 for one month no commitment which is pretty steep but I was willing to pay as I have been a member in the past and know the gym is decent. Once my month had ran out I decided to enquire about another month, I was then told I would need to pay a £10 joining fee on top of the £60 even though I had just completed a month. As good as the facilities are the opening times are poor on weekends and clearly money motivated.

Very nice gym more of a fitness facility, has everything you need, get your pump on or get yourself blowing like an old goat who has asthma on the treadmill.... the possibility are endless you can even be the gym boxer guy practising your sweet moves on the punch bags!

Ok. Over priced. Not sure what the staff do other than sit in the cafe and take up all the space. Equipment dated. For such a large gym only three dedicated squat areas and only bench presses. Lots of members look unsure how to use equipment but no staff available for advice or guidance.

I really enjoy working out here, I just wish the women's gym section was bigger and better equipped.
