Jasmin Olivia Beauty Salon – Stoke-on-Trent

Where should I start? I booked an appointment for 2pm as listed on the website, I got a text asking for me to come half an hour earlier- which I couldn’t do. I was then asked to come before 2. When I arrived at 1:55pm (5 minutes before my appointment) I text to ask which door to enter through. In response to this, I received a phone call telling me that they had booked another client in. I was offered another slot for another day, however overall a disappointing experience and will go elsewhere.

I have lashes done on 23 of April 2021. The operations in my right and left eyes are different. my left eye is okay, but my right eye does not seem to have lashes. The fact that my two eyes are different makes us think that there was a problem during the process. I request a repeat of the lashes process

One of my absolute favourite places to go! Horwk is nice and not overpriced but the treatments are to die for. Talented and knowledgeable staff who are super friendly too

Jasmin olivia is a very good massage venue. The staff all know their stuff. Very good flexibility on times and lots of offers online. Highly recommend. It is part of a hotel gym and pool area. But the rooms are warm, dark and quiet.

We had a lovely relaxing and very enjoyable experience. We'll definitely go again.
