Innovations Advanced Skincare & Beauty – Middlesbrough

I visited Innovations as a special treat from my Mum. The interiors are stunning and as soon as I arrived I was made to feel welcome. My pedicure was with Ashlee. She was phenomenal. She was so kind and friendly and put me at ease straight away. With me being heavily pregnant she was very conscious of making me feel comfortable and being able to relax. I was having so much fun that I asked if there were any manicure slots for gel polish available and luckily there was. Sheree did my gel manicure and she was also absolutely wonderful, ensuring that I was comfortable and gave me time to think about what colour I would like. As a first time customer I was then given a little gift bag when I left which was a lovely touch. We have since booked 2 more appointments because I enjoyed it so much. Thank you

I came in today for a hot stone back massage with Andrea. All I can say is AMAZING! The minute I walked through the reception door I felt instantly relaxed and welcomed by all the staff, Andrea was so professional and caring. My massage itself was the best massage I have ever received! She concentrated on all areas of concern with the perfect pressure leaving me that relaxed I felt like I was floating out of the salon, I will definitely be back again!

I had a lovely superfood facial today, it was so relaxing and I came out feeling very refreshed and skin feeling amazing. Sherrie my therapist was really nice and tailored the treatment to my skin types to get maximum benefit. Thank you so much will definitely be booking again for another one xx

Last treatment of my skin gym (glow peel)today with Stacey. Wow the results are amazing, my skin has never been in such fantastic condition.
