I love going to this gym. I never feel self conscious or left out. They will modify workouts if you can't do a certain thing. I bring my son and he either sits in his pram or plays in the play area. Recommend this gym to everyone.

Never been to a more welcoming gym. Child friendly and such a supportive and friendly team. Huge variety of classes that run all day which suit forever changing timetables and forever changing fitness levels. Would give 10 stars if I could.
