This was my first and will definitely be the last time going there. I had a what's called a "luxury manicure" costing £15, absolute waste of money and believe me there was nothing luxury about it. It was the most basic and quickest manicure I have ever had done. He rushed through to complete the manicure so he could see to the next customer. I was hoping for French manicure but was told that's only available in gel. The white tip was a no. Therefore being forced to choose a colour I didn't want. There was literally no care taken with the manicure. He was not only rude and abrupt in his manner but spoke only to his co- workers in his native language. Never ever going there again.

Cannot recall ever having my nails attended to professionally . So a bit of a mystery how I have awarded 4 stars to this establishment. Sorry 🤫 I am reasonably sure you would deserve a 5 star 💅
