Great service and knowledge from Ryan B today purchasing my new trail runners. I have been out of the game for a bit and didn't know where to start, the staff were patient while I tried on almost every shoe 😂 in the end I left feeling happy with my purchase yet again from Pure Performance Warners bay. With good prices and great customer service I'll never shop online for running gear again.

Helpful staff that were knowledgeable and friendly. There were no high pressure sales tactics used as they genuinely seemed as if they wanted to help in finding the correct shoe for me. I'll be doing my running shoe shopping here again in the future

Fantastic service from Ben and Luke fitting shoes for myself and son. Everytime I walk into your Warners Bay store, I leave happy knowing I got the best possible service. You really know how to treat customers and not only help them choose the right products but you give encouragement and advice which is rare to find in a retail store these days.

I would like to share with management my son and I's experience. We had the pleasure to meet Bronte for the second time in your store. She has to be one of the nicest young people i have had ever been served by in a long long time. Her knowledge and genuine interest in our needs was fantastic. First experience was great, but the shoe had an issue that gave me blisters, called up the shop, they said come back in and we will sort you out, no dramas no problems, exceptional shop with legendary staff.
