Very efficient, didn't have to wait long to see the vet, he explained things fully, in a way I could understand. They are very kind and compassionate. I have used this practice for at least 12 years. I remember at one sad time I met the vet at the surgery at 5am on a Sunday morning as my dog at the time was very ill and had to be put to sleep. The vet was very kind and compassionate and gave me time to say goodbye.
