Started off to a bad start (hence the 3 stars) however the staff were very kind and all issues were resolved. The gym was nice - it's a shame the pool was closed as it looked nice too. The breakfast was alright - good selection and tasty ingredients - but nothing special. At first there was an issue with cleanliness, but that was all sorted out and overall I enjoyed my stay!

I would say 3* hotel set in a great location (right in the middle of city centre). Rooms can be a bit of hit and a miss. Keep your fingers crossed that you get a good one.

Stains on the carpet and on the chair, ceiling had water stains. However, staff were lovely. Our lights were not working, toilet and shower head broke. Not a lavish place to stay for a 4* hotel expected it be more clean and modern

Nice hotel but limited service at the time of visit. Needs a little more updating. Staff were nice , spacious rooms, very impressed with the layout and space available but was disappointed as a key need of my family was not met, thus the 3 star rating.
