Such a beautiful hotel with great amenities. A secluded feeling, but not too far from the things that matter. Let's just say, we won't include breakfast next time. Dry sausages and fried egg on all 3 days we had breakfast. Room service was very poor. Granted the beds are most comfortable, for a superior room to be lacking in towels, tea collection and sugar was not a great welcome. When room service came over, I asked them to empty my bins and provide tea and cups. I watched in disbelief as the same gloves worn to empty my bins go straight to HANDLE the paper cups! Alas, no tea then. It would've been okay if the cups were China, then I would've rinsed them under the hot water tap. Other than the lack in simple creature comforts, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you all.

The current batch of front line staff are excellent. 5 stars! The staff and hotel is let down by average and old rooms. The restaurant food is generally a touch below average. And, Breakfast can be hit or miss on whether they and the food is ready on time or even soon after. Overall the hotel is fine and one of the better options in the area. The staff make the difference.

Just had a great overnight stay. Fantastic staff. Nice room with a great modern TV to mirror our Android devices. Restaurant was busy at breakfast but felt safe with everyone safely distanced. Very happy!
